National Service Solutions is seeking a part-time merchandiser to visit scheduled stores across the Ottawa area, delivering and displaying products, cleaning bays, and handling damaged items. A vehicle is required for travel to various stores.

The role includes writing orders, replacing price labels, and assisting customers while performing occasional resets and planograms. Physical labor up to 50 lbs is expected; steel-toed shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own vehicle or reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance
• Steel toe shoes required
• Bilingual considered an asset

Responsabilités

• Merchandise delivered product and maintain clean bays/aisles.
• Cull damaged product and write orders as needed.
• Replace damaged or missing price labels and ensure displays are updated.
• Clean/dust all product lines, sweep aisles, and perform general housekeeping of products.
• Assist customers when needed and complete reset projects (planograms, bay resets, display setups).

Looking for a part-time position withno weekends?Look no further we have it for you!

We supply a big box home improvement store with over 600 different products. Each week you would be responsible for visiting the scheduled store to merchandise the weekly delivery, write off any damaged or cut product, clean and tidy our bays throughout the store.

VEHICLE REQUIRED - TRAVEL TO VARIOUS STORES

Some examples of the products we supply include:

• Moulding
• Stair parts
• Hardwood boards
• Vinyl boards
• Plywood products
• Pine / MDF Boards

Details:

• Part-time - approx. 24-32 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• Mileage paid, after 25 km - $0.48 per km
• Merchandise delivered product, clean up bays/aisles, cull damaged product, write order
• Replace damaged or missing price labels
• Clean/dust all product lines, sweep aisle, wipe down displays, general housekeeping of products
• Assist customers as needed
• Complete reset projects as necessary (planograms, bay resets, display setups etc….)

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable / Good communication / Attention to detail
• Steel toe shoes required
• Own vehicle required with valid license and insurance
