Job summary

National Service Solutions is seeking a dedicated merchandise associate for full-time work across Durham region stores. You will merchandise deliveries, write off damaged items, clean bays, and coordinate orders for the next week while assisting customers and ensuring clean, well-presented product areas.

Qualifications include ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable and flexible schedule, and an own vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise weekly deliveries at scheduled stores within the Durham region.
• Write off damaged or unsaleable products per approved process.
• Clean and tidy bays, dust shelves, and keep aisles clear.
• Place orders for the following week’s deliveries to ensure stock needs are met.
• Assist customers as needed and support store staff.

Looking for a full-time position withno weekends?Look no further we have it for you!

National Service Solutions supply a big box home improvement store with over 600 different products. Each week you would be responsible for visiting the scheduled stores to merchandise the weekly delivery, write off any damaged or cut product, clean and tidy our bays throughout the store and place an order for delivery the following week.

VEHICLE REQUIRED - TRAVEL TO VARIOUS STORES (within the Durham region)

Details:

• Full-time - Monday to Friday, approx. 35-40 hours per week
• Organize & Sort bins, cull unsaleable mouldings and discard per approved process
• Put up price stickers, literature holders and literature when needed
• Daily cleaning/dusting of all product lines. Dust flashing, sweep aisle, clean saw dust and garbage from cull carts
• Assist customers as needed
• Straighten and Pack out Mouldings

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and Flexible working hours/ schedule
• Hand-eye co-ordination
• Own vehicle required with valid license and insurance

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 35 - 40 hours per week
