Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assessing guest needs and guiding them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception and customer waiting area.
  • Performing administrative duties such as monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, filing, copying, scanning documents, and managing mail and courier packages.
  • Completing reports and other tasks as requested by management.
  • Performing additional duties as required or requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and data entry skills are required.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset.

Pay rate: $20.00/hour
