Job Summary:
The Service Receptionist at South Shore Nissan in Amityville, New York is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Communicate with customers about their service needs and provide updates on the status of their vehicle.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service for customers.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers and other office equipment.
