Handyman Connection in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking licensed plumbers for flexible, part-time work. You’ll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems with skill and pride, while we handle scheduling, payments, and client acquisition.

Bring your own vehicle and tools, hold a provincial or Red Seal license, and enjoy steady, quality work on residential and light commercial jobs. We offer fair pay, professional uniforms, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber with valid provincial or Red Seal license.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, venting, fixture installation, and gas line work.
• Experience in residential and light commercial plumbing, including re-piping, water heater installation, leak detection, drain cleaning, and fixture replacements.
• Comfortable working with various pipe materials (PEX, copper, CPVC, PVC, cast iron, galvanized).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and local plumbing codes; work must be up to code.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual; communicates clearly.
• Own work vehicle and tools; smartphone with internet; able to use Field App daily.
• Valid driver's license.

What We’re Looking For in a Plumber:

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber – Must hold a valid Provincial or Red Seal Plumbing License.
• Strong Knowledge of Plumbing Systems – Experience with water supply, drainage, venting, fixture installation, and gas line work.
• Proficiency in Residential & Light Commercial Plumbing – Including re-piping, water heater installation, leak detection, drain cleaning, and fixture replacements.

• Your Own Work Vehicle – A truck or van with the necessary space for tools and materials.
• Your Own Tools – You’ll need standard plumbing tools, including pipe wrenches, augers, press tools, torch kits, and leak detection equipment.
• Smartphone & Tech-Savvy – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily to track jobs, update work orders, and communicate with the team.
• Valid Driver’s License – We work with professionals our customers can trust.
