Job summary

Handyman Connection is seeking experienced licensed plumbers with residential experience to support our growing business in Ontario. You will work as an independent contractor providing plumbing services to our qualified customers.

We offer $65 to $70 per hour, flexible scheduling, professional office support including scheduling and customer support, access to a custom mobile app for scheduling and communications, branded apparel and signage, and a steady stream of job opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have current Driver's License.
• Must have tools, vehicle and good references.
• Must have a valid Plumbing License.
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must pass screening process.
• Must have a smart phone and access to the internet.
• WSIB registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing and drainage systems in a residential setting.
• Work with job specifications as it applies to your craft and in accordance with safety and building codes.
• Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.

Responsibilities

The Plumber performs and coordinates the installation, repair and service of plumbing and drainage systems in a residential setting. You must have experience as a residential plumber, and you must have a positive attitude.

• Install, maintain and repair installed existing and replacement fixtures and related plumbing and drainage systems.
• Work with job specifications as it applies to your craft and in accordance with safety and building codes.
• Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.

Requirements
