Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Service and Parts Coordinator.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and a rotational Saturday. Some evenings may be required.

**We will offer a $800 signing bonus to the eligible candidate.**

Responsibilities
  • Oversee workflow in the Parts and Service Department, ensuring a customer-focused approach for the ultimate service experience.
  • Follow the entire service process, including greeting customers, creating repair orders, checking warranty, recalls, and campaigns, and performing technical follow-up with engineers.
  • Schedule appointments, order parts through the Parts Department, and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed information is gathered and relayed to the shop/technician.
  • Work with the Parts Department to ensure that the necessary parts are available for scheduled jobs and follow up on any parts that are on order.
  • Recommend customers the appropriate maintenance requirements.
  • Create estimates when required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
  • Must be computer literate and able to use multiple platforms
  • Experience in the truck, rental, or automotive industry is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask
