This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all operational aspects of the marine and ports service unit from handover to completion.
• Lead service projects, ensuring adherence to ABB policies, safety, quality, financial targets, and contractual agreements.
• Monitor project financials, invoicing, risk management, and opportunity identification.
• Manage field service engineers and project managers while optimizing service execution and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen client relationships, support sales initiatives, and drive service growth.
• Promote safety culture while occasionally assisting as a Field Service Engineer in troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in the marine service industry, specializing in marine drives, automation, and AC/DC power systems.
• Ability to learn independently, operate with minimal oversight, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dedicated to professional development, detail-oriented, and works according to ABB procedures during the proposal process.
• Skilled in managing ABB's internal tools, resourceful in problem-solving, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; available for travel (>20% of the time).
