Job Purpose

Supervise the daily sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales goals, and provide real-time coaching to enhance the Burberry Experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences, acting as a quality control supervisor for memorable interactions.
  2. Partner with associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales KPIs.
  3. Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, coaching and providing feedback to ensure the Burberry Experience aligns with brand strategies.
  4. Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service for every client.
  5. Foster collaboration among sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations.
  6. Provide immediate and post-transaction coaching, discussing successes and opportunities with associates.
  7. Develop and retain talented employees through recognition, rewards, development plans, and reviews.
  8. Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience personally when needed.
  9. Partner with management to deliver Burberry Experience training, reinforcing key elements through meetings and role-play.
  10. Set goal expectations and deliver performance feedback via development plans.
  11. Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  12. In the absence of store management, handle post-void transactions, discounts, and employee sales.
  13. Enhance the digital experience and utilize digital tools for communication.
  14. Understand the business thoroughly and communicate needs effectively.
  15. Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
  16. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and POS operations.
  17. Perform additional duties as required.
Personal Profile
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • Experience with Apple devices and digital tools.
  • 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
