We're currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow Canady’s Service System approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet individual and team productivity goals while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Provide multiple options to customers based on thorough evaluations of their plumbing systems.
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and obtain necessary permits and inspections.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining recommended solutions and ensuring their understanding.
  • Utilize company-provided technology throughout service calls for efficient documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred; apprentice plumbers with over two years of experience will also be considered.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to maintain an organized service truck.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business practices and customer needs.
  • Ability to work varying schedules based on customer demand.
  • Master's and/or Journeyman licenses preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $21-32/HR + Incentives
