Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Service Desk associate in Canada to guide customers through order management from start to finish. You will ensure timely delivery and accurate service, acting as a liaison across Project Support Centre, designers, and vendors.

This role emphasizes problem solving and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating order activities, addressing customer needs, and working with delivery teams and third-party providers to ensure smooth, professional service.

• Service Desk associates are responsible for following through on all Customer Order Management (COM) orders from beginning to end and until the customer is satisfied including but not limited to special order, install and website orders.
