The Info Technology team is looking for enthusiastic students to join our team. You will be provided opportunities to learn from hands on experiences and collaborating with experienced individuals in this field.

Title: Service Desk Analyst - Student
Salary: $19.87 - $24.66 - $29.43 per hour (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term - until August 29, 2025
Hours: Casual – 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location: Various offices in Metro Vancouver (Downtown Vancouver offices and Park Royal Office) - locations on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations. This a 100% on-site / in-office position.

About the role
As the Service Desk Analyst - Student, you will be the primary point of contact for all tech-support needs. You will be handling and resolving customer inquiries such as password resets, laptop imaging, equipment preparation for new hires, and managing shipments. As well, you will be collaborating with IT staff while providing support for Service Desk inquiries and issues.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
