Job Summary:
Reporting to the Nurse Manager the Service Delivery Supervisor works as part of a team to facilitate client care with front line staff and Continuing Care Coordinators. This position will provide supervisory support to the Home Support Services program. Relationship building with funders and Home Support Workers is essential. The Service Delivery Supervisor collaborates with Nursing Managers on issues that require direction. Care is provided within the framework of quality management and the standards and scope of practice set by VON, Continuing Care and the College of Licenses Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia.
