Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, the Service Delivery Representative is an essential frontline team member of the Regina Food Bank. You will assist clients and other guests in person, over the phone, or otherwise as directed.

You will partner closely with the Manager of Client Success to ensure that those served by the Food Bank's core service delivery receive access to service in a friendly, safe, and welcoming way ensuring dignity for all.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and support guests, volunteers and clients that enter the Regina Food Bank
  • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls on a multiline phone system
  • Place client orders as requested over the phone or in person in the client database
  • Receive and record donation of food and funds
  • Direct messages to the appropriate team members efficiently
  • General office administration as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
