    • Be responsible for the WPC capacity per site, provide adjustments as needed to support the business operations, manage escalations
    • Be responsible for governing all WPC Standard Operating Procedures
    • Be responsible for governing the WPC delivery of IT Services relates to incident and requests within the agreed SLA
    • Be responsible for governing WPC Training strategy and improving skills
    • Work in collaboration with the Service Delivery Analysts and the Service Delivery Managers to help resolve IT Operational issues, by raising any escalations, or support requirements
    • Work in collaboration with the WPC Vendors for daily operations and governance
    • Support the WPC Manager for contractual governance and improvements.
    How to thrive in this role?
    • You have 10+ years’ work experience in IT technical support
    • You have a degree or diploma in a relevant field of Technology or relevant experience
    • You have ITSM knowledge and experience, with a great understanding of Servicenow reporting
    • You have excellent customer service skills with a key focus on helping people
    • You have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn quickly in a changing environment
    • You have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
