Accountabilities
Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issuesTroubleshoot and repair electrical / air components used on cranesPerform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranesReview technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenanceAnswer service callsPerform cold calling to attract new customersBe proactive & propose good technical solutions to increase customer equipment durabilityMaintain inventoryEducation & Experience
Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degreeElectrical Licence such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red SealExcellent mechanical and electrical skillsAt least 3 years of related work experienceDriver license GWelding experience, an assetSkills & Abilities
Ability to solve technical problemsAbility to communicate issues to customersComfortable working at heights and in all weather conditionsHigh degree of initiative and flexibilityAbility to work variable hours, overtime, and / or "on call" as neededAbility to work autonomously & within a team environment at all timesCandidate must be authorized to work in CanadaSeniority level
