Job description

As a Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role supporting dispatch lead and technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the service department.

Essential Functions:

1. Answer phones and manage e-mail requests.
2. Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.
3. Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules.
4. Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed.
5. Review & address aging calls.
6. Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue.
7. Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly.
8. Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/or through email.

Starting pay range is $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year depending on experience level.
