SSA Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised HVAC Service Coordinator to join a well-established building services contractor in Perth. This role is central to the smooth running of the service department, ensuring technicians are scheduled effectively and clients receive professional, responsive support.

The Role

  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across planned and reactive works.
  • Manage schedules, repairs, and maintenance bookings.
  • Liaise with clients and technicians to monitor job progress and resolve issues.
  • Review job paperwork and ensure timely status updates.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for breakdown and service works.
  • Assist with inventory control of parts and components.
  • Support the admin team with service-related processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in a service coordination role within HVAC, mechanical, or construction.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems (advantageous).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Simpro or similar systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
