Job description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for logging in and out customer equipment received for repair and preparing all the necessary documents. You will also be responsible for keeping an accurate inventory of parts to minimize interruption for repair and ensure quick turnaround.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls
  • Dealing with inquiries and requests from clients, sales force and technicians
  • Scheduling of technicians to conduct service calls
  • Open and close work orders as required
  • Edit and update all work orders to ensure 100% capture of all billable items
  • Prepare quotes and estimates as required
  • Maintaining, purchasing, organizing and keeping accurate inventory for parts in stock
  • Additional duties when required

Requirements

  • Completion of High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with parts schematics and inventory management considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skill and Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Acute attention to details and excellent organization skills
  • Understand Sense of urgency for quick turn around
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Comprehend and follow safety regulations and instructions
  • Ability to organize and multitask efficiently
