POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the flow of work for multiple service departments from taking the customer call through the scheduling of technicians. This position provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers and provides administrative support to the service departments. This is an in-office position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effectively manage incoming internal and external calls and emails.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Create service tickets for multiple service departments.
  • Schedule service work for multiple service departments.
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of customer preventative maintenance including scheduling and coordinating all pertinent information that technician will need for completion of work.
  • Facilitate customer service by directing requests and issues to the designated resource.
  • Maintain customer account information and equipment records
  • Accept and process invoice payments. Run credit card transactions.
  • Provide support to the service administration team as needed.
  • Provide support to multiple service department managers and technicians as needed.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.


JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education/Experience/ Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task on several programs at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people and situations.
  • Highly motivated and strong initiative for learning and quick implementation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly customer service oriented.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment.
  • Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.

Starting pay ranges from $20-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
