What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on leadership by mentoring and coaching employees to foster a positive work environment
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training and compliance with safety standards
- Manage shift maintenance activities and resolve equipment breakdowns to maintain operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR to address performance and attendance matters among plant staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
- 5-7 years of front-line supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service
- Experience with formal safety programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Kronos/UKG, and CMMS is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement programs
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, discipline, and termination processes
- Prior experience with CHEP or similar organizations
- Knowledge of maintenance programs and regulatory environments
- Bilingual in English and French
