Job Description

Our member company is looking for a dedicated, organized and highly motivated Service and Maintenance Coordinator to join their office support team. Located in Cambridge, ON their coverage area includes London to Etobicoke and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities Include

  • General reception duties: answering phone calls, greeting clients & couriers
  • Assist with internal office communications and staff team-building communications
  • Provide sales support to the sales team
  • Provide general assistance to Management
  • Assist with project administration duties as needed
  • Create and maintain inventory items and stock
  • Collect, track and analyze data using Excel and other programs
  • Maintain aspects of the ERP system
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain files so they are up to date and easily accessible
  • Order and coordinate office supplies, help ensure general office tidiness and upkeep
  • Providing superior customer service when responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
  • Auditing technicians work-orders on a daily basis
