Job description

Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Service and Maintenance Advisor on a permanent basis within our Facilities Design and Development team.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be based in Regina or Saskatoon, SK.

We are seeking a technically skilled problem solver with strong communication and leadership abilities to support and optimize operations at our petroleum facilities, including Gas Bars, Cardlocks, Convenience Stores, and Carwashes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at minimizing downtime through hands-on solutions, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do :
  1. Participate in developing maintenance programs for retail locations across Western Canada.
  2. Provide technical support for retail sites, troubleshoot urgent issues, and coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure maximum site uptime and cost-effective resolutions.
  3. Guide service contractors across regions to ensure safe, efficient repairs and accurate invoicing.
  4. Coordinate procurement, shipment, installation, and configuration of replacement parts related to repairs and preventative maintenance at Carwashes, Gas bars, Cardlocks, and Bulk facilities.
  5. Assist with maintenance review and manage equipment and parts inventory to support the order desk process daily.
  6. Provide technical training to local Coops and manage maintenance for corporate cardlocks.
  7. Travel up to 25% as required.

You will collaborate closely with our Facilities, Design and Development, Engineering, Project Teams, Building Operators, and Service Contractors. You will report to the Manager of Service and Maintenance.

  • Have 6-9 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience.
  • Possess a two-year diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Hold Wayne Certification, Petrovend Certification, and Veeder Root Certification.
