Service Delivery Manager

Location: Oakville, ON

Overview

A rapidly growing technology company is using AI-powered visual solutions to transform how physical operations are monitored and optimized. They’re seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead field service coordination and logistics across North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working at the intersection of customer service, inventory management, and field operations.

As a key operations partner, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external technicians, and clients to ensure seamless hardware deployments, high-quality service delivery, and smooth logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Hardware Oversight

  • Manage physical inventory of AI-enabled camera systems and related hardware
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP (Odoo) and support ongoing stocktakes
  • Oversee packing, assembly, and refurbishment of units to quality standards

Field Service Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate field service technicians for installation and relocation of equipment
  • Conduct desktop and on-site reviews of installation locations
  • Liaise with clients for approvals and logistical arrangements
  • Provide remote support during camera installs and maintenance
  • Maintain detailed project records in the CRM (Hubspot)

Logistics & Shipping

  • Manage all inbound/outbound shipping, customs clearance, and returns
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure timely and efficient service

Operational Support

  • Complete vendor forms and assist with tender submissions when required
  • Manage SIM card logistics and cellular setup
  • Provide cross-time zone support when needed

What They’re Looking For

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, field service, or service delivery
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Hubspot experience a bonus)
  • Hardware deployment experience is an asset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
