What you'll do :
- Play an active role in troubleshooting products & equipment to resolve customer challenges or technical issues, using a "customer first" and "solution focused" mindset.
- Answer requests from customers regarding general product information, maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with our service center network to provide the best technical assistance and training possible.
- Use your technical skills creatively in developing service bulletins & training packages.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have :
- Experience troubleshooting equipment (being a 'go-to' product expert).
- Industry-related experience in power equipment, agriculture, automotive, power tools, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge & experience working with small engines or power equipment.
