Reporting to the service manager, the service advisor is responsible for promptly and courteously serving all service customers. This person will ensure they accurately obtain all required information on repair orders, fully explain required work, and obtain proper authorization for the required work while maintaining focus on Customer Satisfaction and Labor Sales.
