A leading company in equipment service operations is seeking a Service Advisor. This role involves scheduling repairs, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of service processes. The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education and have at least 5 years of experience in service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service management.
Toromont Cat is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! This position provides technical direction and accountability for scheduling all equipment repairs with internal and external teams within service operations, while maintaining good communication with customers throughout the repair cycle. The Service Advisor collaborates with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure quotes, timelines, and process flow support accurate and timely WIP (work-in-progress) processing.
