Qualifications

  • Erfahrung als Service Advisor in der Automobilbranche.

As aSomerville Hino Service Advisor,you are a consummatefrontline customer relations and service sales professional.You will go to great lengths to ensure the satisfaction of your customers by addressing vehicle related problems, meeting pre-determined service sales objectives anddelivering accurate performance in all of your administrative activities. What else makes you a great fit for this role? You can:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while selling the proper repairs/ services to meet clients perceived needs.
  • Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to each client and persuade the client to perform the necessary maintenance services.
  • Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to clients as well as appropriate timelines for work completion.
  • Professionally answer service line calls.
  • Work closely with repeat customers and oversee their accounts.
  • Coordinate and monitor service jobs assigned on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise between shop/technician/customer for best results and maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation including PO’s, invoices, work orders, reports, etc as per SOP’s.
  • Communicate monthly service reminders.
  • Ensure the shop is maintained with a clean, orderly, safe and professional look at all times.
  • Cold call customers for new business and input their information in the CRM for tracking.

You’ll bring:

  • A high school diploma or post-secondary education.
  • Truck Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment (preferred).
  • At least 1 year sales experience – previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership or aftermarket environment is preferred.
  • Ability to use and learn company-provided software.
  • Ability to work independently and self motivated
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
