Go RV Edmonton is seeking a talented Service Advisor. We provide industry-leading training to help you excel in your role!

Go RV & Go Auto is a growing dealership group that offers top-tier training, competitive pay plans, and clear advancement opportunities for Service Advisors.

The Service Advisor will manage customer interactions through their RV maintenance and repair process. Responsibilities include conducting RV walk-arounds, advising on necessary repairs, ensuring all recommended services are purchased, and maintaining continuous communication with customers about their RV status. You will also open/close and assign Repair Orders to technicians via CDK.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor at a manufacturer dealership preferred
• CDK experience is a significant asset
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude and helpful demeanor
• Attentive to detail
• Passion for camping and outdoor activities is a plus!
