We’re on the lookout for a driven, detail-loving Automotive Service Advisor with at least 2 years of dealership experience using CDK to join our incredible team. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet every customer with a warm smile and genuine interest in their automotive needs.
  • Listen closely, ask the right questions, and help solve their vehicle concerns like a service detective.
  • Translate auto jargon into plain, friendly language that builds trust.
  • Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and service recommendations.
  • Keep customers updated every step of the way. Clear, timely communication is key!
  • Manage walk-ins, phone calls, scheduling, and high-fives from happy clients like a multitasking champ.
  • Build lasting relationships. Our customers aren’t just clients, they’re family.
  • Stay sharp by keeping up with the latest auto trends and tech.
  • Be a go-to team player your coworkers can always rely on.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience
  • Proficiency with CDK dealership management software (required)
  • A genuine love for vehicles and the people who drive them
  • Top-tier communication skills that keep things clear, calm, and friendly

  • Solid organizational skills to keep the service lane running like clockwork
  • Comfortable using service software to create estimates and work orders
  • A valid driver’s license
