Service Advisor

At FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon, we are looking for customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team. We are hiring a permanent full-time Service Advisor who acts as the primary contact and liaison between guests and service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests positively.
• Understand guests' reasons for service through excellent listening skills.
• Create an exceptional experience that guests will rave about.
• Schedule service appointments and advise guests on services and costs.
• Monitor the status of guest units from entry to completion.
• Communicate ongoing updates and recommendations to guests.
• Review work with guests upon completion to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in Recreation.
