Salary

$38,000 to $42,000 YEAR annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment

Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Morning, 08:00 to 17:00

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies
• Supervise staff (11-15 people)
• Act as spokesperson for the organization
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Provide information to customers
• Arrange for billing for services
• Arrange for refunds and credits
• Issue receipts and other forms
• Maintain records and statistics
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints
• Perform general office duties
• Receive and log complaints
• Receive payments
• Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a call center environment.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

• MS Outlook
