$38,000 to $42,000 per year (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment

Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Morning, 08:00 to 17:00

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies
• Supervise staff (11-15 people)
• Act as spokesperson for an organization
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Provide information to customers
• Arrange billing for services, refunds, and credits
• Issue receipts and maintain records
• Obtain and examine relevant information to assess client feedback and complaints
• Perform general office duties
• Receive and log complaints
• Receive payments
• Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support

Experience and Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a call center environment.
