Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.
• Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product and service requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates, communicate with customers, and obtain proper authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes to customers for approval.
• Administer warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.

Hours: Monday - Friday

Compensation: Base salary + bonuses
