Who We’re Looking For :

• Passionate about cars and customer service
• 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
• Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

Schedule : Full-Time; 4 day work week

Compensation : $60,000-$100,000 / annually

What your day will look like :

• Customer Service : Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
• Inspections and Quotes : Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
• Warranty and Contracts : Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers.
• Communication and Follow-Up : Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status.
• Maintenance Recommendations : Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history.
