Eurotechnik German Automotive Repair is looking for a customer service ninja with exceptional people skills who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with a fun and friendly team. We truly love our customers and are seeking to add someone to our amazing team who cares about maintaining our amazing reputation (go ahead, Google us), and also likes to be paid very well and enjoys not working on weekends.

Our ideal candidate has:

  2. Automotive experience

  6. Ability to clearly communicate with customers and teammates both verbally and in writing
  7. Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities and Duties:
Interacting with customers to identify their vehicle's needs, communicating vehicle needs to technicians, ordering parts, preparing estimates and presenting to customers, scheduling customer visits, interpreting vehicle health reports, answering phones, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
