What you will do:

  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper completion of jobs.
  • Advise customers on vehicle care and the importance of regular maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor the progress of repair orders throughout the day, updating customers on any changes in estimates or completion times.
  • Handle phone inquiries regarding work status and appointments, returning messages promptly.

For this role, come equipped with:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system is a definite asset.
