What you will do :

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed properly.
  • Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Follow up on repair orders throughout the day, updating customers on any changes in estimates or timelines.
  • Manage phone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments, returning messages promptly.

For this role, come equipped with :

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system is a plus.
