What you will do :
  • Communicate with the technicians to ensure the job is done properly.
  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Help find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
  • Handle phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly.
For this role, come equipped with :
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of PBS DMS system is a definite asset.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
