Located in (Location), a part of Drive Autogroup, we are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team, responsible for coordinating the service process and enhancing customer experience by assisting customers. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is organized, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and arrange efficient diagnosis of reported problems
  • Meet & greet customers in-person or via phone
  • Experience with CDK software
  • Make repair and preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Follow all safety standards
  • Work evening and weekend shifts as needed
  • Sit for long periods; use office equipment and computers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Confident in customer interactions to understand needs
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
