Northern Honda is looking for a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the maintenance scheduling process and vehicle repairs. We seek a customer-centric individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients.

Job Duties:

  1. Assist customers in understanding their vehicle needs.
  2. Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
  3. Ensure vehicles are properly cared for and keep customers informed about repair progress.
  4. Follow up with customers to address any additional questions regarding their vehicle repairs.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team with an upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and understanding of technology.
