What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for service customers — in person and by phone

Communicate clearly with technicians, clients, and vendors

Accurately write repair orders and explain recommended services

Source and order parts as needed

Coordinate and schedule repair work efficiently

Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle

Handle estimates, approvals, and billing with transparency and accuracy

Contribute to a team-focused environment and uphold high customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting (minimum 2 years required)

Strong working knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a dynamic environment

Familiarity with PBS systems is a strong asset
