What To Expect
Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess technical acumen but also the ability to provide excellent customer service. What You'll Do

  1. Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns with the highest level of response and attention.
  2. Return missed phone calls and emails within 5 minutes.
  3. Determine if the technical issue can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager if needed.
  4. Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, with attention to detail.
  5. Conduct transactions within the system; walk customers through corrections and provide summaries.
  6. Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
  7. Coordinate the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience in the operational use and maintenance of various hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
  • Understanding of basic automotive repair and servicing techniques.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public.
  • Bilingual in French and English (French as mother tongue or equivalent proficiency); English communication skills are required for internal and external interactions, document comprehension, and software use.
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Must hold a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
