Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Belleville
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Belleville. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with booking service appointments
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document service issues
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk and filing system
• Respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
