Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Kelowna, BC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing aftersales services. The day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers, understanding their service needs, coordinating with the service team to meet those needs, and following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
