• Experienced in the Service Advisor role – or similar

Key Requirements :

• Experience as a Service Advisor preferred (Automotive a plus)
• Exceptional customer service
• Detail orientated
• Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
• Valid BC Driver's License is required
• Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
• Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge
