  • Explain and monitor the repair process to keep clients informed from start to finish.
  • Address client concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Requirements:

  • Greet guests warmly as if welcoming them into your own home!
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Automotive knowledge for effective communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CDK and X-Time is a plus.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
