What you will be doing:

As a Service Advantage Technician, you will provide customers with professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on a broad range of equipment and devices supported by Ricoh, including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, and smart lockers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Service Advantage products.
  • Embrace Ricoh's core value of Customer Centricity to ensure customers receive outstanding service every time.
  • Drive self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep pace with changing technology and expanding product and service portfolios.
  • Maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities while performing daily duties.
  • Manage and control stock to improve first-time fix rates and minimize stock losses.
