Job Title: Servers
Location: Jess’ Fine – GreenTee Golf Course, Westwood Plateau
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

About Jess’ Fine:
Set mountainside at GreenTee Golf Course, Jess' Fine offers an exceptional dining experience combining locally sourced cuisine curated by Chef de Cuisine Steve Reece with the finest level of hospitality led by Restaurant Manager Jacky Tung. Guests enjoy panoramic views of the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island while savoring dishes like pan-seared salmon or warm goat cheese croquettes. Our diverse menu caters to golfers, public guests, and private groups up to 70 people.

SERVER POSITION OVERVIEW:
Jess' Fine is seeking a passionate and professional Server who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and who aspires to grow into a future leadership role within the hospitality industry.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in anticipating guest needs, are knowledgeable about food and beverage, and want to build the skills required to eventually mentor and lead others. Servers at Jess’ Fine work closely with both the Restaurant Supervisors to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.

This is a seasonal position ending in September, but strong candidates demonstrating leadership potential may be considered for a full-time, year-round role at the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service with genuine hospitality and attention to detail
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor on service initiatives - and training
- Contribute to maintaining an organized floor plan, reservation flow, and smooth table turnovers
- Assist with wine and cocktail feature presentations as needed
- Actively participate in leadership development opportunities and mentorship programs
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor service regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience required (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong passion for hospitality and professional service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in leadership development and career growth within the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Serving It Right certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
