Job description

Servers - Weekdays & Weekends Starting at $12.00/hr (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are seeking reliable full-time and part-time servers with light kitchen and serving skills for our beautiful Independent Senior Living Retirement Community overlooking a golf course.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Taking food and drink orders accurately and promptly using the BePoz Ticket System.
  3. Delivering food and beverages to tables and to-go orders to apartments in a timely manner.
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
  5. Assisting with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  6. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with the senior population.
  • Team player with flexibility to work in both front and back of house.

Additional Information:

  • A ServSafe Certificate is a plus but not required.
  • This is a no-tip dining service.
  • Work setting: Retirement home, in person.
  • Pay: $12.00 per hour.
